On 8/10/94 I sent you a copy of the transcript of the Enforcement Conference held on 8/2/94 with the Salem Senior Nuclear Shift Supervisor involved in the 4/7/94 event. On 9/13/94, the Senior Nuclear Shift Supervisor and his attorney came to Region I to review the transcript.
