VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGE INTERMEDIATE RANGE TRIP SETPOINTS - REVISED PAGES Virginia Electric and Power Company letters dated November 9,1987, March 31,1988, and June 8,1992 proposed changes to the Intermediate Range Trip Setpoint and Allowable Value for North Anna Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications. Since the initial submittal of the proposed changes, other license amendments have been approved which affect the same Technical Specifications pages. Therefore, we are resubmitting the proposed Intermediate Range Trip Setpoint and Allowable Value changes on the currently approved North Anna Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications pages.
The revised pp.ges for the. proposed Technical Specifications changes for Units 1 and 2 are provided in Attachment 1. The original conclusion that the proposed changes do not involve an unreviewed safety question or a significant hazards determination provided in the November 9,1987 submittal remains valid.
