ABNORMAL OCCURRENCE REPORT TO CONGRESS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1996 As requested in the memorandum from E. L. Jordan dated October 29. 1996, we have reviewed those portions of the Annual Abnormal Occurrence (AO) Report that present information about power reactor operation.
We have recommended some minor updating to several portions and have previously provided these comments to your staff.
