ABNORMAL OCCURRENCE REPORT TO CONGRESS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1996 Attached for your comments and concurrence is a draft Commission paper with its two attachments.
The first Commission paper attachment is the proposed letter to the Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate forwarding the fiscal year 1996 abnormal occurrence (AO) report to Congress.
The second Commission paper attachment is the draft-for-comment A0 report.
The draft-for-comment report was prepared based on information either provided by your offices or available to us as of September 30, 1996.
Please respond by providing your comments and the requested information by November 8,1996, so that they can be incorporated in the final report.
