Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No.129, Rev.1 GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, requested a change to the Technical Specifications in Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No.
129 submitted October 22, 1984. This submittal provides a revision to TSCR 129 and should replace the previous submittal in its entirety.
The original TSCR has been revised as a result of discussions between Jack Donohew of your staff and GPUN BWR Licensing. This revision should add clarity and bring the Technical Specifications into agreement with NUREG-0123, Revision 3 " Standard Technical Specificatioe for General Electric Boiling Water Reactors".
