1 Thank you for your letters of response dated December 19, 1996, which were received in our office on January 8,1997, via FEDEX delivery. Your letters were in response to our Notice of Violation issued on December 5,1996, concerning activities related to the discrimination complaint filed by Ms.
Tracy A. James under the provisions of the Energy Reorganization Act. We have evaluated your response to the violation and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
