In accordance with your application dated April 14, 1982, and pursuant to Title 10. Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70. Materials License No. SNM-54 is hereby terminated.
This action was preceded by the decontamination of Buildings H and J so that the two buildings could be released for unrestricted use. Our Safety Evaluation Report, copy enclosed, provides infonnation on the decontamination effort.
Ongoing activities and residual contamination, if any, in other onsite facilities, will be regulated under the State of California license, which has been amended to authorize possession and use of special nuclear material.
