Dear Mr. Beard:
Thank you for your response of December 20, 1996, and your supplemental
response of December 23. 1996, to our Notice of Violation (NOV) issued on
November 26, 1996. concerning activities conducted at your Crystal River
facility, We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the
requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your
corrective actions during future inspections.
