I checked Steve's cube and found no supply of spare copies but it is almost 3 years old. You might check with NMSS though-try Bruce Carrico maybe. I th!ak they send it out for license applications - even in its draft form. Otherwise, you can check back with Steve when he returns. Maybe it is available from the GPO also. You could try there if no luck with NMSS.
