TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION BASES CHANGES HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NOS. 50-354 Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) is providing revised Technical Specification (TS) Bases pages for specifications 3/4.3.1,3/4.3.2, and 3/4.3.3. The revised pages were reviewed through the 10CFR50.59 process by the Station Operations Review Committee and approved by the General Manager - Hope Creek Operations.
The referenced TS 3/4.3.1,3/4.3.2, and 3/4.3.3 pertain to Reactor Protection System Instrumentation, Isolation Actuation Instrumentation, and Emergency Core Cooling System Actuation Instmmentation, respectively. The TS Bases have been revised to provide the locations of the associated Response Time Tables in the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR). This is an administrative change.
Attachment I contains the revised pages for Hope Creek Technical Specification Bases.
Please incorporate these changes into the Technical Specification Bases.
