, Indemnity Agreement No. B-100, between Duke Power Company, North Carolina Electric Membership Corporation and Saluda River Electric Cooperative, Inc. and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated January 3,1984, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Item 1 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
