This documents the management meeting held in NRC Region I cn July 18, 1985.
The
purpose of the meeting was to discuss the measures you had taken to assure that
all design changes made during the recent outage had been determined to have been
properly accomplished and verified.
It is our assessment that the information you presented provided reasonable assur-
ance that you had evaluated the design changes thoroughly enough to support your
conclusion that plant operation could be resumed without adverse affect from recent
modifications.
