We have received a copy of your application dated January 7.1985, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. This application requested an extension of the completion date for one item contained in the Commission's Order dated June 12, 1984, for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station.

Since this application results from the June 12, 1984 Order, it is exempt from the fee requirements of 10 CFR 170 under Footnote 1 of 10 -

CFR 170.21 of the June 20, 1984 revision to 10 CFR 170. Therefore, a lication fee is appropriate. If you

-refund wish to be orgiven creditcredit of the for$150 the app $150 fee for a future application, you need only reference Check No. 83064 (reissuance of Check No. 02-25718) dated February 27, 1985, and provide the date of the application to which you would like the check credited. Please advise us whether you wish to be given credit for the $150 for a future application or if you wish us to make a refund of $150 to your Company.
