We have received a copy of your application dated January 7.1985, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. This application requested an extension of the completion date for one item contained in the Commission's Order dated June 12, 1984, for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station.
Since this application results from the June 12, 1984 Order, it is exempt from the fee requirements of 10 CFR 170 under Footnote 1 of 10 -
CFR 170.21 of the June 20, 1984 revision to 10 CFR 170. Therefore, a
-refund or credit of the $150 app $150 fee for a future application, you lication fee is appropriate.
