PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE -
BRUNSWICK NUCLEAR POWER PLANT DOCKET NOS. 50 325 AND 50 324
Gentlemen:
Dear Mr. Campbell:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation on September 16, 1996,
concerning a pre decisional enforcement conference requested by us which has
been scheduled for October 21, 1996, at 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The purpose
of this enforcement conference is to discuss the apparent violations
identified in NRC Insmction Report 50 325, 324/96 14 which addresses your
failure to maintain t1e environmental qualification (EQ) program for safety
related electrical equipment in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.49, and your failure to take prompt and effective corrective actions to
correct several nonconformances identified in the EQ program since 1991. The
location of the meeting will be at 101 Marietta Street NW, Atlanta, Georgia,
29th Floor Conference Room. This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff
Meeting Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994: 59 FR 48340).
