j Enclosed please find the final draft of CESSAR Systen 80 NSSS Standard Technical Specifications for your review. This final draft includes the following note:

These enclosed Standard Technical Specifications (STS) are only the Nuclear Steam Supply (NSSS) portion of the STS for CESSAR System 80 FSAR up to Amendment Number 10. These Technical Specifications are labelled: CESSAR 80-NSSS-STS. The Balance of Plant (80P) portion of

, the STS have only a reference to either "(80P)" or "See Applicant's i SAR." The POP Technical Specifications will be developed using the guidance contained in the Combustion Engineering Standard Technical Specifications (CE-STS). CESSAR 80 NSSS-STS contained herein will be revised to reflect applicable changes in regulatory requirerents at the tine that they are approved for use in the licensing process.

! certification, under oath or affimation, that these Technical Specifications and associated bases adequately envelop the design basis events and are ,

consistent with CESSAR up to and including Amendment 10, the staff's SER including Supplements 1 and 2, and the design documents for a System 80 plant.
