PROPOSED QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION CHANGES AND PRAIRIE ISLAND LICENSE AMEN 0 MENT RELATED TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS (TAC NOS. M95130, M95131, AND M95709)
Dear Mr. Anderson:
On September 25, 1996, we sent you a letter concerning our review of NSP's April 19, 1996, proposed change (Revision 70) to the Operational Quality Assurance Plan (0QAP) for the Monticello and Prairie Island sites.
In the third paragraph of our letter we stated that relocations of QA-related 1
provisions from technical specifications to the "OQAP should... conform to the guidance provided in GL 95-06...."
This reference should be corrected to read i
" conform to the guidance provided in Administrative Letter 95-06, ' Relocation of Technical Specifications Administrative Controls Related to Quality Assurance.'"
