1 On September 25, 1996, we sent you a letter concerning our review of NSP's April 19, 1996, proposed change (Revision 70) to the Operational Quality  ;

Assurance Plan (0QAP) for the Monticello and Prairie Island sites. I l

In the third paragraph of our letter we stated that relocations of QA-related 1 provisions from technical specifications to the "OQAP should... conform to the l guidance provided in GL 95-06...." This reference should be corrected to read i

" conform to the guidance provided in Administrative Letter 95-06, ' Relocation of Technical Specifications Administrative Controls Related to Quality Assurance.'"
