The non-operating owners of Millstone 3, including those listed below, have decided that l
it is advisable for them to increase their monitoring of activities associated with Millstone 3 and

its restart.

The non-j operating owners wanted to apprise you of these developments before such contacts are made.
The team will do everything possible not to divert NRC's efforts, or those of NO, from focusing
