Dear Mr. Egan:
I am responding to your letter of September 25, 1996, to the Executive Director for Operations, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), in which you requested that Egan & Associates, P.C., Common Counsel for the Millstone 3 non-operating owners, be placed on all NRC service lists related to Millstone Unit 3.
You stated that the non-operating owners of Millstone Unit 3 have decided that it is advisable for them to increase their monitoring of plant activities and the restart.
Effective October 2, 1996, Egan & Associates, P.C., has been added to the service list for Millstone Unit 3.
