NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 70 1113/96 07

Dear Mr. Kipp:

1 This refers to the inspection conducted on August 5 9, 1996, at the Wilmington facility. The )urpose of the inspection was to determine whether activities authorized by tie license were conducted safely and in accordance with NRC requirements. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were i discussed with those members of your staff identified in the report. i Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within l these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures  :
