In our response of April 23, 1985 to Violation 413/85-05-02, it was stated that' corrective action would be complete by November 1, 1985.

Due to the large number of procedures that require revision, it is necessary to extend the completion date for this item. This work

-.will thus be completed by December 2, 1985.

Our interim corrective actions, as described in our initial response, will continue to ensure that no further violations of this kind will occur.
