Inspection Report No. 50-423/85-56
On September 30 - October 4, 1985, a routine inspection was performed by
Mr. J. R. White and Ms. J. A. Cioffi of our office for the purpose of review-
ing the preoperational status of Millstone Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 3,
with respect to areas affecting solid radioactive waste and the status of your
implementation of the task items identified in NUREG-0737. Additional effort
was expended in determining your actions with respect to IE bulletins and cir-
culars~and previously identified concerns. An inspection report detailing
these findings is attached.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations of NRC requirements were
identified, however, several areas requiring followup effort were noted. These
areas will be re-examined in subsequent inspections of your activities.
