Data and Information Capabilities" of Generic Letter 83-26. The enclosed l

draft TER prepared by SAI identifies the areas where IP's response does not l

indicate that the post-trip review data end information capabilities are adequate to satisfy the rcquirenents of Generic Letter 83-28.

After you have reviewed this TER you should contact the staff's project manager for your application to arrange a conference call between IP, the staff ar.d SAI to resolve the discrepancies identified.

It is recommended that these discrepancies be resolved prior to the issuance of a low-power license to avoid the necessity of any license conditions 'related to this g
