This letter is to provide special information concerning admittance of an NRC contract employee of Bat %11e, Pacific Northwest Laboratories, to the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Station. The person identified in the Special Enclosure is scheduled to visit during the week of September 23-27, 1985, for an Emergency Preparedness Inspection.

The person identified will require escort to the administrative offices, protected areas, and vital areas during his visit.

We request that a site orientation covering issuance of badges, escort duties, and emergency evacuation be afforded the person listed, if such training has not been previously provided.
