Draft Technical Evaluation Report Pertaining to the Perry Nuclear Power Plant's Conformance with NRC Generic Letter 83-28 Item 1.2 Enclosed for your information and response is a draft Technical Evaluation Report (TER) dated July 10, 1985 prepared for the NRC staff by the Science Applications International Corporation.
Your specific attention is direct-ed to those sections of the TER which identify where CEI does not fully satisfy Item 1.2 of NRC Generic Letter 83-28, relative to post-trip review data and information capabilities (Criterion 3 and 4, listed in the
" Foreword" of the enclosed TER). Your response is required prior to Perry Unit 1 licensing.
