DPR-73 M-town Office Docket No. 50-320 Technical Specification Change Request 46 Exemption Request from 10 CFR 50, Appendix A General Design Criteria 34 and 37 The Nuclear Regulatory Cocuission has issued the enclosed Amendment of Order and Exemptions from 10 CFR 50, Appendix A, General Design Criteria 34 and 37 effective September 23, 1985.

The Amendment of Order which modifies sections of the Proposed Technical Specifications (PTS) was requested by General Public. Utilities Nuclear Corporation in a letter dated November 6,1984. Other correspondence related to this request includes a request for exemptions from the requirements of 10 CFR 50 General Design Criteria 34 and 37 in a letter dated llarch 26, 1985 and additional information which was supplied in a letter dated liarch 27, 1985 to support the changes requested in the PTS.
