you have taken to correct the items which we brought to your attention in our
letter dated August 27, 1985.
On the subject of Component Cooling Water (CCW)
Safety Valve PSV-3323A testing, we request that you provide documentation on
what repair actions were accomplished on valve PSV-3323B, what was found and
evaluation notes to support the statement in your letter, that there was no
reason to suspect a common mode failure. Your corrective actions will be
verified during a future inspection.
