This letter refers to the routino resident safety inspect. ion conducted by
Messrs. J. Derry and E. Connner on September 1 - 30, 1985 at the Shoreham
Nuclear Power Station, Wading River, Now York.
The inspection consisted of
observations of activities, interviews with personnel and document reviews.
The results of the inspection are described in the NRC Region ! Inspection
Report enclosed with this letter and were discussed with members of your staff
at the conclusion of the inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this lotter and the enclosures
