Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. R. E. Baer of this of fice during
the period August 26-30, 1985, of activities authorized by NRC Operating
License DPR-40 for Fort Calhoun Station, and to the discussion of our findings
with you and other members of your staf f at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection included portions of your radiation
protection program. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observat*ons by the inspector.
These findings are documented in
the enclosed inspection report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified.
Should you have any questions concerning this inspection, we will be pleased to
discuss them with you.
