e Status Report on Corrective Action:
SD 414/85-08 A design evaluation of areas of possible overpressurization on the Residual Heat Removal System, the Boron Recycle System and the Nuclear Sampling System has been completed.
All piping was found to be acceptable, with the exception of 150 lb. flanges in the Boron Recycle System. These flanges have since been replaced.
The two Unit 2 heat exchangers were inspected and found acceptable for continued use. Nine valves required repair and have been reinstalled. One valve has been replaced. All affected valves have had the set pressures recalibrated.
All corrective action on this deficiency has been completed.
