Status Report on Corrective Action:

SD 414/85-06 All affected piping and equipment in the Chemical and Volume Control (NV) System has been evaluated and work initiated to replace or repair damaged components. All actions associated with the Non-conforming Item Reports and the Shutdown Requests have been completed with the following exceptions:

Minor installation repairs to the newly e

installed Volume Control Tank.

e Repairs to remaining NV System pipe supports.

e Final alibration of NV System instrut ation.

e Repairs i several pipe supporta in the Liquid Waste System Drain Line and a final inspection of piping and supports in this area.

All remaining work will be complete by August 15, 1985 by which time a final follow-up report will be submitted.
