CONFIRMATION OF MEETING - GRAND GULF, DOCKET NO. 50-416 This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. L. F. Dale of your staff and Mr. V. W. Panciera of my staff on July 15, 1985, concerning an enforcement conference to be conducted at the Grand Gulf facility on July 30, 1985, at 11:00 a.m., CDT. We requested this conference to discuss the apparent inadequate safety evaluation of the revised safe shutdown systems with respect to Appendix R requirements.
A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.
