IMPLEMENTATION PLAN, INCLUDING A DISCUSSION OF FOUR EMERGING POLICY ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH RISK-INFORMED l PERFORMANCE-BASED REGULATION The Commission approved the subject paper and provided numerous comments for guidance to the staff. Commissioner Rogers l disapproved one of the staff recommendations. The final guidance l provided to the staff on this paper is recorded in the Staff Requirements Memorandum (SRM) of January 22, 1997.
