CONCIRYATION OC ACTION - MCGUIRE NL'Cl EAR STATICN UNITS 1 AND 2 CJCKET NJS. 50-369 AND 50-370 This letter refers to the telephone conversation on October 22, !?E5. between Mr. V. L. Brownlee of this office and Mr. N. A. Ratnerford of Duke Forer Corrany concerning control room and auxiliary building ventilation system filter te' ting.
With regard to the ratters ciscussed, it is our arderstanding that you art taking the folicwing actions:
1.
Conduct air flow distribution tests for the auxiliary building ventilatic9 filter systems and sucmit written test results to tne Regicnai Offico b, October 23, 1935.
Inese tests will be conducted in acco-cance with ANSI 510-1930, unless other criteria are established with the Of fice of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
2.
If acceptance criteria for the air flow distribution tests are not m 3t, previde an analysis of the adequacy of the systems cacabi 'ty to Euet the design function including the appropriateness of the survt.llance program.
This analysis will be providec to the NRC by October 29, 1995.

Revies past test r ecords to verity that all prere?uiste tests pursuant to ANSI 510-1975 f or tne control room ventilation system hae been crr L:ted.
