Dear Mr. Bernard:
The General Electric Company hereby requests an amendment to the Technical Specifications for License R-33 to clarify the staffing requirements for the General Electric Nuclear Test Reactor (NTR) when the reactor control room is manned by an operator with a "no solo" medical restriction. The requested amendment and its justification are attached.
A check for $150.00 for payment of the submittal fee also is enclosed.
