This refers to the routine safety inspection of the Millstone Nuclear Power Sta-
tion, Unit No. 3 and to discussions of our findings held by our Senior Resident
Inspector, Mr. T. Rebelowski, with Mr. J. Crockett and other members of your staff.
No violations were identified and no reply to this letter is required.
In addition, we received your June 26, 1985 letter forwarding your response to a
violation cited in NRC Inspection Report No. 50-423/85-12. We will review this
response during routine inspection.
