Attached is an addendum consisting of a Confirmatory Measurements Program
data sheet for Report Nos. 50-315/84021 and 50-316/84023 transmitted by our
letter dated January 8, 1985.
This will close Open Items 50-315/84021-05;
50-316/84023-05.
The analyses were performed on a liquid sample collected
at D. C. Cook Nuclear Plant during the inspection on November 26-30, 1984.
Past comparison for gross beta have not indicated a problem with this analysis.
The current disagreement for gross beta will be pursued at the next convenient
opportunity.
Please attach this addendum to your copy of our inspection report.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have regarding this addendum.
