No. 50-306/84016 transmitted by our letter dated November 20, 1984.

addendum consists of a Confinnatory Measurements Program sheet cortparing
the results of analyses of beta emitters in a liquid sampler collected
during the inspection.
This will close Open Item Nos. 50-282/84014-02;
50-306/84016-02.
