NPPD Response to Inspection Report No. 50-298/85-10
Dear Mr. Johnson:
This letter is written in response to your letter dated June 10, 1985, forwarding Inspection Report No. 50-298/85-10. Therein you indicated that certain of our activities were in violation of NRC requirements.
The following is a statement of the violations and our response in accordance with 10CFR2.201. Additionally, ou requested that our reply include actions taken in regard to two other areas of concern.
In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 73.21, we request that the attached report be treated as proprietary Jnformation and withheld from public disclosure.
