This is in partial response to your letter dated June 12, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), access to NRC records which (1) refer or relate to " qualification cards" of a control room operator, licensed operator, or licensed operator candidate, and (2) reflect NRC s,taff's reaction or response to, follow-up or review of, or recomen-dations regarding any nuclear facility's utilization of the qualification card.
