Dear Mr. Ratner:
In response to your letter of May 17, 1985, I am sorry that the organizational chart did not show the detail you needed. In answer to your questions:
- 1. Mr. Taylor, Director, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, does report to Mr. Dircks, the Comission's Executive Director for Operations.
- 2. As Director of the Enforcement Staff'within the Office of Inspection and Enforcement, I report to Mr. Taylor.
- 3. Dr. Grace, Regional Administrator of the Commission's Region II Office in Atlanta, is responsible for inspection activities at G.E. Wilmington and at all other NRC licensed facilities within Region II.
- 4. Mr. Brad Jones, Regional Counsel, Region II reports to Dr. Grace.
- 5. Mr. Stohr, Director, Division of Radiation Safety and Safeguards, reports to Dr. Grace.
- 6. Mr. Puckett, formerly Acting Director of Enforcement and Investigation Coordination, was recently replaced by Mr. George Jenkins, who reports to Dr. Grace.
- 7. Mr. Uryc, Investigation / Allegation Coordinator, reports to Mr. Jenkins.
- 8. Mr. Lieberman, Director and Chief Counsel, Regional Operations and Enforcement, Office of the Executive Legal Director, reports to Mr. Cunningham, the Executive Legal Director who, in turn, reports to Mr. Dircks.
- 9. Ms. Cuoco reports to Mr. Lieberman.
- 10. Mr. Abrams and Mr. Shomaker report to Mr. Hudson Ragan, Director and Chief Counsel, Operations and Administration Division, Office of the Executive Legal Director who reports to Mr. Cunningham.

Due to recent organizational changes, our-current organizational chart is not correct and a new chart is being prepared. I have enclosed the latest printed version available and have circled and corrected those organizational positions likely to be of interest to you. Also enclosed is NUREG 0325, "NRC Functional Organizational Charts " which has also been corrected to some extent.
