Dear Mr. Keppler:
This letter is in response to Mr. W. L. Axelson's letter dated September 4, 1985, which forwarded the subject inspection reports of the routine safeguards inspection conducted by your staff at the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant during the period August 12-15, 1985. No items of noncompliance were identified during the course of this inspection. However, two concerns were identified in the " Details" section of the inspection report. The responses to these concerns are addressed in the attachment to this letter.
In accordance with 10 CFR 73.21, it is requested that the subject transmittal be withheld from public disclosure and not placed in the Public l
