(1) confirm that offsite emergency plans for the Catawba Nuclear Station include a list of local or regional medical facilities which have capa-bilities to provide treatment for radiation exposure, and (2) commit to l
full compliance with the commission's response to the CUARD remand.

In regard to item (1), the South Carolina Operational Radiological i
Emergency Response Plan, Part 4 Catawba Site Specific, Annex C and the North Carolina Emergency Response Plan, Part 1.Section V.. Include lists of medical facilities which have the capability to provide treatment for radiation exposure. With respect to item (2) Duke Power Company herewith commits to full compliance with the Cosunission's response to the CUARD remand.
