Dear Ms. Weiss:
This is in response to your letter dated February 28, 1984, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, all documents sent by Tim Martin of NRC staff to the Commissioners related to leak rate calculations atThreeMileIsland(TMI).
This office has been informed that Mr. Martin's June 3, 1983, memorandum to H. Plaine and the requested. records transmitted by that memorandum have been made available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room. These records are maintained in the TMI Docket file, 50-289, Category G, under accession number 8410180190.
