This letter is to confirm our telephone conversation of June 25, 1985, with
Mr. M. R. Harding, of your staff regarding your response of June 12, 1985, to our
Notice of Violation issued on May 13, 1985, concerning activities conducted under
NRC Operating License Nos. DPR-77 and DPR-79.
It is our understanding that you will be submitting an additional response
concerning the violation to this office by July 29, 1985.
Subsequent to receipt
of this additional response and an evaluation of your overall corrective actions,
we will inform you of the adequacy of your response.
