By letter dated October 4,1985, your staff informed us of the installation of

! a second lined startup pond adjacent to the first lined startup pond for the purpose of storing additional chemical cleaning wastes. The staff has reviewed this information and the schematic showing the new pond's location and con-cludes that no environmental action is required on our part because the pond is located on an already-cleared area of the site and because there will be no change to station discharges.
