This is in partial response to your letter dated September 10, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of 1)
SECY-85-208; 2) procedures used by the Office of Investigations regarding the rights of utility employees; and 3) all minutes from past Regulatory Requirements Review Committee meetings.
SECY-85-208 was requested under a previous F0IA request (F0!A-85-493 from Jay Silberg) and denied. Upon receipt of your request, the staff reviewed the document again, and the previous denial stands.
With regard to category 3 of your request, summaries of the Regulatory Requirements Review Committee meetings are identified on enclosed Appendix A and are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, in file folder F0lA-85-628 in your name. The staff informs me that no other documents can be located in NRC files with regard to this category of your request.
The search for and review of documents that are subject to your request are continuing. We will notify you upon completion of the search and review.
