Surry Power Station - flPDES Permit Exception l
Dear Mr. Jenkins:
This is to provide additional information concerning the flPOES permit t
exception at our Surry Power Station that was previously reported to you by phone on July 19, 1985, t
At approximately 10:00 a.m. on July 19,1985 station personnel noted that the flow recording pen for Outfall 011, the sewage treatment plant, was not responding to input voltage.
It was determined that the failure was due to malfunctioning flow integrator parts. As corrective action, replacement parts were ordered, and repairs will be mado upon receipt.

will be estimated in the interim, using a non-recording flow meter associated with the sewage treatment plant.
