This refers to the safety inspection conducted by Mr. K. Ivey of this office,
assisted by contractors Mr. P. Chan and Mr. R. White, on June 24-28, 1985, of
activities authorized by NRC License No. DPR-54, and to the discussion of our
findings held by the inspectors with members of your staff at the conclusion
of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
No violations with hTC requirements were identified within the scope of this
inspection.
