SAP Presentations At the last SAP we discussed the need to have certain big-ticket restart items presented to the SAP to agree on closure. Scott Barber identified the items for this category. For clarification, I would offer that these items will need to be specifically discussed in the supporting attachement to our CAL cloesout letter. AS such, I would suggest that a deliverable for this SAP presentation would be a brief writeup( no more than a page), discussing the issue, what PSE&G did to correct the concern, and then what actions the NRC took to verify our comfort.
After SAP agrees with the closure, this writeup will then feed the CAL letter. Mr. Barber will be develping the outline for the CAL letter.
My experience is that this closeout letter is labor intensive. The sooner we all direct our actions to this end result the better.
