Toledo Edison has been reviewing the adequacy of the specified subcooling margin for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. I as stated in our letter dated July 15, 1985 (Serial No. 1169). We have determined that a revision to our specified subcooling margin is appropriate.
Due to the June 9, 1985 event, our resources are heavily allocated to the completion of related investigations and the implementation of corrective actions. However, we plan to revise and approve the appropriate procedures concerning subcooling margin and provide your j
